Sumit Sharma is Chief Information Officer at Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics, where he leads the company’s global technology strategy, enterprise systems, and AI-driven transformation across operations, customer service, and clinical supply chain functions. With more than 20 years of experience building and scaling global B2B and B2C technology products in digital health and life sciences, Sumit brings deep expertise in AI strategy, enterprise platforms, and large-scale technology modernization that enhances reliability, visibility, and decision-making for customers worldwide. Before joining Marken, he spent over 15 years in senior technology leadership roles at IQVIA and held executive roles at ICON plc, where he led global patient digital engagement strategy and advanced the use of digital tools to improve clinical trial access and experience.

Sumit holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Outside of work, he serves as an Executive Council member for Blood Cancer United in the Research Triangle Park, NC, supporting initiatives that accelerate research and improve outcomes for patients living with blood cancer.
